ADEN, Continuing crimes committed by the Houthi militia against children has drawn strong condemnation from the Yemeni Minister of Information, Muammar al-Aryani,who said that a rebel leader had shot a child in his head after a football hit him in a latest show of cruelty.
''Houth leader Abdullah Al Daylami shot ten-year-old Abdul Rahman, son of Dr. Akram Atran, Dean of Faculty of Education, University of Ebb. The child is now lying in the Intensive care unit in a serious condition,'' al-Aryani stated.
The minister condemned the act as an 'atrocious crime' that exposes the barbaric and bloody behaviour of the militia and its disregard of the blood of children, in particular, and Yemeni people, in general.
